What Is a Roller Mat Filter?
Traditionally used in large sump systems, roller mat filters automatically remove suspended waste particles before they break down into nitrate and phosphate, which can lead to algae blooms and nutrient imbalances.
As filter paper collects debris, the RollBot advances the roll, lifting waste out of the water and into a dry collection area—stopping the nutrient cycle before it starts.
